When will my order ship?
Mystery School is run by the creators, Michael Conrad and Becky Cloonan. Orders are filled every other Sunday, and mailed on the following Monday. We ask for your patience, allowing 2-4 weeks for delivery, and up to a month (sometimes longer) for international orders. All prints ship priority mail domestically, everything else is shipped via first class USPS mail.
You will get an email confirmation when your order has shipped. Double check that your email is spelled correctly if you didn't get a confirmation- and if you have other questions, or need your items in a hurry, please email us at [email protected]! We are happy to help out.
In the meantime, thank you for your patience and your patronage!
Can I place a wholesale order?
If you own or manage a retail store, we would love to hear from you! Unfortunately we don't offer wholesale deals on prints, but on anything else-- pins, apparel, comics, zines-- email us! We would love to work with you!
Oops! I ordered the wrong stuff!
Email us right away! We'll sort it out, and it's easier to do that before anything ships! :)
Tell us about your packing materials.
We are happy to use as much recycled shipping material as we possibly can. We order our envelopes, boxes, tape and bubble mailers from EcoEnclose, a supplier of 100% recycled and naturally biodegradable packaging who we love very much. Even our tissue paper is 100% recycled! With this in mind, please re-use, recycle, or compost the packing materials after receiving your order! <3
Do you combine shipping?
We combine shipping whenever possible, but some items- by their very nature- ship separately. Books and prints, for example! We do our best to be mindful of this, and if possible we will issue partial shipping refunds when applicable.
Also, if you are placing more than one order in a 24 hour period, just email us with "Combined shipping" in the subject.
My order arrived damaged!
If your order was incorrect or arrived damaged, please email us a photo and we will happily replace or refund your order!
My order never showed up at all! :'(
In the unusual case that you received a shipping notice but nothing has shown up, get in touch with us. Mail occasionally gets delivered to the wrong address, stolen from porches, or just straight up lost in transit. Email us with us and we will check the tracking, and in the meantime check your post office, neighbors and roommates!
Do you ship internationally?
We ship anywhere in the world! Shipping times vary widely by country, and unfortunately we cannot estimate how long it will take international orders to arrive. Please keep in mind that the customer is responsible for any tariff or duty fees incurred in their country.
